Two decades helping owners see what their building is really worth.
I'm Paul Correa, a cost segregation advisor and veteran CSSI representative. A native of Wheaton, Illinois, I earned my degree in Business Administration from Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and have represented CSSI since 2004 — contributing to CSSI's completion of over 65,000 building studies nationwide.
I've been recognized numerous times with the CSSI Excellence Award as their top representative, and have personally participated in thousands of cost segregation studies in nearly every state. I was also a contributing author to Simplified Tax Strategies for Holding Real Estate Assets: Capitalization, Expenses, Depreciation, and Cost Segregation for Pass-Through Entities.
My job is simple: look honestly at whether a study makes sense for your building, and — if it does — guide you from the first conversation to the final report your CPA can put to work. I'm not interested in selling studies that don't pencil out. When it does make sense, the numbers tend to speak for themselves.
Married with two adult children, I enjoy traveling, cooking, and the outdoors.
